1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lq777 ("lq777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lq777 online casino platform available at lq777.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are not a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from lq777 or any other licensed gaming operator, or who has been excluded by regulatory or court order.

lq777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, or Driver's License) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lq777 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) lq777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment details, device identifiers, or IP addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your lq777 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password for your lq777 account and keep it strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Immediately notify lq777 at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of or access to your account.

lq777 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from lq777 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

lq777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lq777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to applicable limits and processing times:

• GCash — Minimum deposit: ₱100. Withdrawals typically processed within 15–30 minutes, 24/7 including Philippine public holidays.
• PayMaya / Maya — Minimum deposit: ₱100. Withdrawal processing times equivalent to GCash.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank — Minimum deposit: ₱500. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 30–60 minutes during business hours; overnight processing may apply for some transactions.
• USDT (TRC-20) — Minimum deposit equivalent to $10 USD. Blockchain confirmation times apply.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment account registered in the same legal name as the lq777 account. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will be declined without exception.

lq777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and source of funds, for the purposes of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lq777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless a wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• lq777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not affect any bonus already accepted and in progress subject to its stated terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per lq777 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the lq777 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.

lq777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are random and unpredictable. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios using real physical equipment subject to independent testing and certification.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or system failure that affects game outcomes or the crediting of winnings, lq777 reserves the right to void affected bets and/or game rounds and to take such remedial action as is reasonably necessary to restore a fair playing environment. No winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game shall be considered valid.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lq777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain, including exploiting any incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game state.

8. Responsible Gaming

lq777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We recognize that gambling can become a problem for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lq777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interface elements, and trademarks, is the property of lq777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit in any commercial manner any portion of the lq777 Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lq777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability asserted.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lq777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The lq777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

lq777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine at our sole discretion that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to lq777, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.
• A regulatory, governmental, or law enforcement authority has directed lq777 to take action in respect of your account.

Upon termination of your account for cause, lq777 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request the closure of your lq777 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements or open bets may not be eligible for immediate closure.

12. Amendments

lq777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on the lq777 Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the lq777 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lq777 Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, you should first contact lq777 customer support via live chat or email to seek resolution. lq777 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after this period, escalation procedures as outlined in our Complaints Policy will apply.
